PREPARAZIONE:
Per preparare i bign seguite la ricetta che trovate QUI.
Per la mousse, frullate insieme il tonno, il tuorlo, le acciughe e i capperi.
Aggiungere a filo l'olio e poi la maionese fino a rendere la mousse omogenea.
Tagliare la calotta ai bign e riempirli con la mousse usando la sac a poche.
Appoggiare sopra la calotta tagliata.
Tuna puffs Ingredients:
15 puffs
150 g tuna in oil
1 hard-boiled egg
3 anchovy fillets
1 tablespoon of capers
50 g mayonnaise
50 g corn oil Preparation:

For the mousse, whisk together the egg yolk, tuna, anchovies and capers.
Add oil and then mayonnaise until you obtain a smooth mousse.
Cut the top off of the cream puffs and fill them with the mousse using a piping bag.
Place the top on.
