Ricetta
Procedimento Tagliate a fettine le mele e bagnatele con del succo di limone.
Montate bene le uova con lo zucchero.
Dopo aver ottenuto un composto omogeneo aggiungete il burro sciolto e intiepidito.
Successivamente aggiungete anche lo yogurt e la farina con il lievito (setacciati) mescolando dal basso verso l'alto.
Aggiungete le mele.
Mescolate il tutto.
Porre il composto in una teglia imburrata e Infornare a 180* per 45 minuti.
