- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, combine 300g of RITZ SALATI mixture.
- Lay a sheet of pasta frolla on a lightly floured surface and roll out to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Place the pasta frolla sheet on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle 50g of grated parmigiano over the pasta frolla, leaving a 2 cm border around the edges. Sprinkle a pinch of sale grosso over the top.
- Roll up the pasta frolla from one of the long sides to form a Swiss roll shape, pressing gently to seal the edges. Brush the top with a beaten egg for a golden glaze.
- Bake the RITZ SALATI in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
