- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil until it’s translucent.
- Add the chopped zucca and cook until it’s tender.
- Add the salsicce, sliced, and cook for a few minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked zucca and salsicce with the riso, formaggio provola, parmigiano, rosmarino, and brodo.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
- Season with salt to taste.
