Per preparare la ricetta, seguiamo i passaggi seguenti:
- Prepariamo gli ingredienti: we take 1 cup of cooked chickpeas and mix them with 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 cloves of garlic, minced, 1 teaspoon of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon of paprika, salt and pepper, to taste.

- Componiamo il piatto: served the falafel hot with the yogurt sauce and some sesame seeds and lemon zest on top.
