- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the pasta sfoglia to a thickness of about 3 mm (1/8 inch) and cut out circles of about 10 cm (4 inches) in diameter.
- In a small bowl, mix together the marmellata and zucchero di canna.
- Place a spoonful of the marmellata mixture in the center of each pasta circle, leaving a 1 cm (1/2 inch) border around the edges.
- Fold the pasta in half over the filling to form a half-circle shape, and press the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops of the girandole with a little water and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
