- Preheating the oven to 180°C, grease a 20cm cake pan and set it aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta, Nutella, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- In a large bowl, combine the cacao powder, sugar, and hazelnuts. Mix until well combined.
- Add the ricotta mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving about 2cm of space between each ball.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the balls are firm to the touch and slightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely before serving.
